Guests have full access to the house, lake, private dock, kayaks and life jackets, indoor and outdoor games, firepit, grill, patio and screened-in porch. Please use caution on the stairs down to the lake, as they can get slippery when wet.

Max occupancy is 14 guests. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors. Swimming is not permitted after dark, and diving off the dock is not allowed.

A car is recommended for getting around, as this is a residential lake community outside Austin's downtown core. Downtown Austin, the airport, and popular attractions are all a scenic drive away.
